Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Mennta E‑Learning provides digital educational services including live classes, recorded courses, study materials, tests and subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next renewal date.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but generally does not refund the current billing period.
• Google Play subscriptions should be cancelled through your Google Play account.

Refund Policy

• Duplicate or accidental payments may be refunded after verification.
• If a verified technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.
• Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.
• Completed courses, downloaded digital content and clearly marked non-refundable offers are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

Google Play Purchases

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled in accordance with Google Play's billing and refund policies. Mennta cannot override Google's refund decisions.
