Welcome to Mennta E-Learning ("Mennta", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mennta website, mobile applications, educational courses, learning materials, assessments, subscriptions and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the Mennta application or website, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If the user is a minor, the parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and supervise the minor's use of the service where required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Mennta is an educational platform intended to support students, parents, educators and other users. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account in a manner that defeats subscription, access or security controls.
- You must notify Mennta if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- You must not create an account using false identity information or impersonate another person.
- Parents or legal guardians should supervise the use of Mennta by children where appropriate.
3. Educational Services
Mennta provides digital educational services that may include live classes, recorded lessons, quizzes, tests, notes, performance analytics, academic support and other learning features.
Course availability, syllabus, teachers, lesson schedules, features, pricing and other service details may vary by course, plan, board, class or location.
Educational content is provided for learning and preparation purposes. Mennta does not guarantee any particular examination score, rank, admission result, employment outcome or academic result.

One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, access to the applicable course or digital service may begin after successful payment verification.
Subscriptions
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, the subscription screen will identify the price, billing frequency, renewal terms and material conditions before purchase. Subscription benefits must be used only for the period and scope specified in the applicable plan.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to the applicable Google Play billing and subscription requirements. Users can manage eligible recurring subscriptions through their Google Play account.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Mennta's Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You can review the complete policy here: Refund & Cancellation Policy .
Because Mennta provides digital educational content, eligibility for a refund may depend on the type of purchase, course usage, payment channel and applicable law.
For Google Play purchases, Google's applicable billing and refund rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

Mennta and its licensors own or have appropriate rights to the website design, application, software, educational videos, notes, graphics, assessments, text, trademarks, logos and other content provided through the service, except third-party materials used under applicable rights.
